Biography
Mr. McDonald’s practice encompasses over 13 years of experience in business reorganization, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, including extensive bankruptcy litigation. He has represented both debtors and creditors in problem loan situations, business reorganizations and Chapter 11 reorganization, official creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 cases and purchasers of assets from bankrupt estates. Mr. McDonald is admitted to practice in all Texas and Oklahoma state courts, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits, and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma.Texas at Austin.
